Marriage Encounter and Engaged Encounter
A weekend experience presented by three married couples and a priest for those with ordinary marriages who wish to enrich them.
Each weekend is residential and begins about 8.00pm on Friday and ends late on Sunday afternoon. The weekend is not a group experience, nor is there any marriage counselling or religious instruction. Each couple is helped to communicate in total privacy throughout. Non-Catholics are just as welcome as Catholics. A weekend of similar format is presented for engaged couples preparing for marriage. There is no fixed charge. Couples are invited to donate whatever they can afford or have judged the weekend to be worth.
A "choice" weekend can also be
arranged for single people between the ages of 18 and 30.
